WithYou Support Co provides Level 1 Support Connection, Level 2 Support Coordination, and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination in line with the NDIS Practice Guidelines and Quality Standards.

Our experienced and suitably qualified industry professionals work alongside participants with a wide range of needs and levels of complexity — including those experiencing significant barriers, high risks, or complex service environments. We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, and we take a calm,  respectful, and supportive approach every step of the way.

At Level 1, we gently support you to understand your NDIS plan, build confidence, and connect with appropriate supports within your community.

At Level 2, we work more closely with you to coordinate services, reduce complexity, resolve challenges, and ensure your supports are working together safely and effectively.

At Level 3, our Specialist Support Coordination focuses on high-risk or complex situations, including crises, transitions, and multi-system involvement, ensuring strong advocacy, accountability, and stability.

We take the time to listen, understand what matters to you, and respect your choices and boundaries. Our role is to strengthen your capacity, support informed decision-making, and help you feel safe, heard, and supported — not rushed or pressured.

We collaborate thoughtfully with your providers, family, carers, and relevant stakeholders to build reliable support networks, improve outcomes, and support long-term independence.
